Our Mission

The physicians and staff of Medical and Surgical Eye Associates, Inc. strive to provide quality eye care with a personal touch. We pride ourselves in treating patients not just problems. We recognize the unique needs of our patients and strive to treat each as we ourselves would expect to be treated.

Providing comprehensive eye care to all ages, from younger individuals seeking laser vision correction to older individuals needing cataract surgery.

Patient Registration

Our Patient Registration forms are available for download below. You may complete them in advance at you convenience and bring a copy to your first appointment to save time during registration. The forms are also available at our office if you prefer to complete them when you arrive.

Our office hours are: Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

On evenings and weekends the practice provides a physician on call for emergencies.

We accept payments of cash, check, money orders, Traveler�s checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. We accept most insurances.
